The narrative is set in a hyper-stylized version of Tijuana and centers on El Guapo, a charismatic but arrogant Luchador. Driven by a desperate hunger for fame and power, El Guapo makes a fatal mistake: he betrays his honorable brother, José, and strikes a deal with a terrifying Narco-Vampire Cartel. This dark pact leads to the tragic death of both brothers.
After spending time in Hell, El Guapo is granted a miraculous “second chance” at life. He returns to the world of the living as a humble, broken man seeking redemption. He attempts to live a quiet life of penance while secretly protecting his brother’s widow and children from a distance. However, when the Narco-Vampire Cartel begins to terrorize the city and his family, El Guapo is forced to put his mask back on. The series follows his bloody, action-packed journey as he fights through waves of blood-sucking gangsters to save his soul and his family’s legacy.
