Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials is an upcoming three-part mystery series set to premiere globally on Netflix on January 15, 2026. This adaptation of Christie’s 1929 novel The Seven Dials Mystery promises a witty and fast-paced take on the classic whodunnit.
The series is penned by Chris Chibnall (creator of Broadchurch) and directed by Chris Sweeney (The Tourist). It is produced by Orchid Pictures, a production house led by The Crown executive producer Suzanne Mackie. The show has been highly anticipated for its “stacked” British cast and its focus on one of Christie’s more playful, adventurous heroines.

Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials 2026 Storyline
Set in 1925, the story begins at a lavish house party at Chimneys, a grand English estate. To play a prank on a notoriously heavy sleeper named Gerry Wade, a group of young guests lines up eight alarm clocks in his room, timed to go off in sequence.
The prank turns “murderously wrong” when Gerry is found dead the next morning, but with a chilling detail: one of the clocks is missing, leaving only seven dials remaining. The “fizzingly inquisitive” Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent (Mia McKenna-Bruce) refuses to believe it was a natural death. She teams up with her friends and the seasoned Superintendent Battle (Martin Freeman) to uncover a conspiracy involving a shadowy secret society and a plot that threatens the very core of the British establishment.
